Effective July 10, 2026

The Koru Project keeps this simple: this website exists so you can learn about our work and decide whether to start a conversation. It is built to collect as little as possible.

What this site collects

  • No accounts, and no sign-in.
  • No cookies set by us, and no advertising or tracking pixels.
  • No analytics that identify you. If we add privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics in the future, we will update this page first.
  • Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and requested page) to operate and secure the service.

When you email us

If you contact us at barry.harris@thekoruproject.com, we receive what you choose to send. We use it only to respond to you and to prepare for a conversation you asked for. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you did not request.

Please do not include sensitive or regulated information—such as student records or financial account details—in an introductory email. If our work together requires that kind of information, we will agree on a secure way to handle it first.

Questions or requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to have correspondence deleted, email barry.harris@thekoruproject.com and we will take care of it.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes first, along with the effective date above.
