AI for the offices
students depend on.

Financial Aid is where we start—from ISIR loading to disbursement. We know the work, the regulations and the systems, and we keep people in charge of every decision about a student.

Financial Aid, end to end

Where AI helps across the aid cycle.

Each stage has repetitive work AI can take on, and decisions that must stay with trained staff. We map both before building anything.

  1. 01

    ISIR loading

Daily ISIR imports, suspense and matching. AI can summarize exceptions and draft follow-ups; people resolve the record.

  2. 02

    Verification

Document collection and review queues. Assistants can check completeness and explain what is missing in plain language.

  3. 03

    Packaging & awarding

Rules, budgets and award letters. We document the rules first so any automation can be traced back to policy.

  4. 04

    SAP

Satisfactory Academic Progress reviews and appeals. AI can organize appeal packets; the committee decides.

  5. 05

    R2T4

Return of Title IV calculations after withdrawals. Checklists and reminders that keep deadlines from slipping.

  6. 06

    COD & disbursement

Reporting, reconciliation and disbursement. Agents can surface rejects and mismatches for a person to fix.

AI supports staff judgment. It does not make eligibility decisions, guarantee compliance, or replace professional or legal review.

Find the right starting point

We identify where AI can actually help, map one workflow with its systems, rules, data and access, check the risk and regulatory requirements, and agree on a pilot with a result you can measure.

Data protectionBuilt in from day one
  • 01
    FERPA and GLBA first

We confirm what student and financial data AI may touch before any setup begins.

  • 02
    Approved tools only

We work inside your institution’s approved AI agreements, or deploy models privately.

  • 03
    Least access

Each assistant or agent gets only the data and permissions its task requires.

Project · Financial Aid reference

Evidence you can trace.

We are building a reference that maps federal Title IV statutes, regulations and official guidance, so an answer can be traced to its exact source, dates and award year—and so the reference says plainly when the evidence is not there.
